Domaine familial, descendants de l’illustre famille Soufflot, propriétaires de 12.5 hectares dans les meilleurs lieux-dits d’Irancy (Palotte, les Mazelots, Côte du Moutier, Boudardes …).

Vinification féminine et traditionnelle du cépage Pinot noir et de l’ancestral César (vieux cépage historique implanté par les légions Romaines au IIème siècle, il confère structure et robe intense, idéal pour les vins de grande garde).

Production d’environ 70 000 bouteilles/an vendues aux particuliers, à l’export et aux restaurateurs, parmi nos tables prestigieuses citons Loiseau, Lorain, La Tour d’Argent, Hôtel de Crillon, Relais d’Auteuil, Laurent…

Notre gamme climatique est référencée dans de nombreux guides, tels que la Revue du Vin de France, Bettane&Desseauve, Hachette, Gaultmillau, Hugh Johnson…

Family run domain, descendants of the famous Soufflot family. Owners of 12.5 hectares in some of the best vineyrds of Irancy (Palotte, les Mazelots, Côte du Moutier, Boudardes …).

Traditional vinfication with feminine touch of Pinot Noir and César. César is the ancestral heirtage of Irancy wines dating back to the Roman occupation during the 2nd century AD giving structure and intensity to make wines for laying down.

Around 70 000 bottles produced annually and sold to private customers, for export and to several notable restaurants throughout France.
